Pertanto sono due le priorità da affrontare in campo cyber: da un lato implementare sistemi di IA per migliorare difese e strategie di rilevamento delle minacce, dall’altro rafforzare la governance etica dello sviluppo e dell’uso dell’intelligenza artificiale, incluse regole chiare sul dual use di queste tecnologie. Anche la collaborazione tra settore pubblico e privato sarà cruciale, così come l’educazione e l’informazione per prevenire l’uso fraudolento dell’AI.
Sarà fondamentale promuovere uno sviluppo responsabile dell’IA, mettendo al centro valori come la trasparenza, la tracciabilità e il rispetto dei diritti umani per impedire usi cattivi di queste tecnologie.
